Fees

Cabinet Franc - Your lawyer in Paris and Brussels for commercial and labour law matters, air transportation, intellectual property, debt recovery and criminal law.

The fees can be applied according to four different methods:

They can be decided on an hour basis from 200 to 300 euros per hour;
They can be decided under a monthly legal assistance convention;
They can be calculated on a prior global basis;
In case of litigation, they can be agreed in a legal convention including a rate of 1,200 to 2,000 euros and a success fee of 10 to 15%.

The Law Firm FRANC does not intend to neglect the assistance duty of a lawyer and may accept, in certain cases, to defend a client on a pro bono basis.
